Mark brings over 16 years of experience in sales and customer service, mainly in the promotional products and consumer packaged goods industries. With experience as a manufacturer’s representative in the promotional products industry, he understands the importance of working closely with vendors to receive orders on time. Mark’s biggest strength is his ability to use his creativity to provide excellent solutions and new ideas for all customers. He also knows the value and importance of communication. No matter how small or big the project, Mark will be right with you from beginning to end. He is excited to use his expertise and skill in helping you brand your company to provide creative ideas and solutions.
Evan March is based in the Atlanta area. He has 17 years of experience in CD/DVD replication, offset printing, and printed apparel sales and has also spent two decades as the owner of an independent record label and music distributor.
Due to his involvement in both the manufacturing and retail sides of this industry, he fully understands the importance of the vendor-client relationship. Evan looks forward to providing both existing and new clients with the extensive line of products that Payden & Company offers.
Madelyn is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a degree in Communications. She works out of the corporate office in East Greenwich, RI. She handles day-to-day operations, allowing merchandise consultants to focus on their customers and making sure they have the best products to suit their needs.

Teresa Sutton, a lifelong Hoosier, has spent the last 15 years in the printing industry. She ran her family owned/operated printing company in Indiana until 2016. She also has experience in the retail and hospitality industries. Specializing in the convenience and beverage industries as well as the political arena, she has the gift of flexibility and creativity to help even the newest to the industry. Customers to Teresa are family and she will work with you from the beginning of any project to the end, no matter how big or little it is.
Shannon Jones brings a variety of experience and skills to Payden and Company. With over 17 years of experience in brand marketing, design, merchandising, client engagement, editing and technology, her focus is always on customer service and satisfaction. Through extensive studies in the psychology field, Shannon has prepared herself to provide a fulfilling customer experience. She is excited to offer her skills and generate new clientele for the company.

Jennifer Driscoll brings to Payden and Company a 10 year background in graphic design, office administration, finance and customer service. Having studied both English Literature and Graphic Design, while maintaining a creative writing hobby, Jen is excited to be able to combine her eclectic backgrounds to once again bring a unique perspective to the industry. Her studies in the field of business management allow her to seamlessly blend the creative with the pragmatic. A proud Warwick native, Jen is happy to have found her career niche so close to home.
David is native to Massachusetts, residing in the foothills of Berkshire County.
His entrepreneurial accomplishments in business creations including heating companies, online business directory as well as a screen printing and embroidery company. With the experience in the screen printing industry and past business relations with the wholesalers and suppliers this will be an asset in fulfilling customer needs, and providing them with the best products available to meet the customer's image and branding needs.
Charlotte's background is in the beauty industry selling business to business and as owner of Theo's Beauty Distribution for three years. She has also been in the mortgage industry as an owner of her own mortgage and mortgage processing services companies.
Kelvin is a native Californian and based in Northern California. Kelvin began his career as a coach which eventually transformed to the business side of ordering team uniforms and sports apparel. His passion for working with teams, businesses and organizations providing apparel and promotional products has proven to be more than just a career. “I love the friendships I have developed with my customers over the years by providing products that enhance their lives, businesses and organizations”.
With a combination of his coaching and sales experience, he is committed to providing his clients quality service with a positive attitude.
Lisa O'Toole has been involved in some sort of printing all her adult life. Her experiences include her first job where she worked for a sheet fed printing plant; working in the bindery operating a small press, guillotine and binding machines. Lisa worked as an estimator for a business forms printer and for 2 distributors after that. Having a husband in the navy she moved around frequently, but it gave her opportunity to learn new things in the industry. Lisa eventually worked customer service for Bankers Advertising/Tru Art Calendars and learned about promotional items. After moving to Illinois Lisa was office manager for a business forms company where she introduced promotional items. In 1999 she opened her own company that specializes in card and membership products along with promotional items. Lisa felt that joining Payden and Company would be a great fit and opportunity since they are so well known in the industry. She looks forward to serving current customers and new ones as well with great promotional items.
Michelle Sloan, affectionately known as "SloanDawg" to many of her former students, has the tenacity of a bulldog. With a lengthy sales and personal background in the spirit industry as well as a math teacher, Michelle can guide you to the perfect choice to cheer on your team and educate your customer with the best items to promote your interest. An alumni of Mississippi State University, Michelle rings a loud cowbell to promote her alma mater and will ring true to providing the best customer service and guidance to fill your needs. We are pleased to announce the addition of Meghan O’Hare to our team as a Branded Merchandise Consultant, working out of her Massachusetts office. Meghan brings a diverse background in art, project management, and customer service experience to Payden & Company. Most recently, Meghan has worked as a freelance artist and illustrator at Meg O Studio in Norwood, MA. Prior to creating her own studio, Meghan was a customer service representative for Ambit Creative Group in Cambridge, MA, and before that she worked as a print project manager at Grossman Marketing Group in Somerville, MA. With her experience handling various print and promotional work for a varied client base Meghan is able to be a creative problem solver helping clients accomplish their marketing and branding goals.
Mouy (pronounced “moi”) came to the US as a refugee with her family, after nearly two years in a Thai refugee camp. Mouy grew up in Zeeland, Michigan. She feels fortunate to have lived and grown up, where the community were so kind and generous. Teachers were patient. Friends were supportive. During the cold harsh winters, walking the campus, at Ferris State University, she dreamed about living where palm trees sway and where the weather is beautiful year round. With her degree in Hospitality Management, she knew her dream could be reality someday. In search of paradise, Mouy has lived in Hilton Head Island, SC; Raleigh, NC and San Francisco, CA, before heading to the Big Island of Hawaii. Hawaii, it turns out, was the paradise destination Mouy had dreamed about. Mouy has been in Hawaii since 1999 and has lived on both Maui and Big Island. She is so grateful to be surrounded by so much beauty, aloha, culture and year round beautiful weather. Mouy brings 7+ years of sales experience ( Business Development and Hotel Sales) and 10+ years of hospitality management experience (Hotel Guest Services Manager). We are pleased to announce the addition of Joe Morrill to our team as a Branded Merchandise Consultant, working out of his Massachusetts office. Joe began his career in the hospitality industry working in hotels and restaurants as a chef, after graduating from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI, with a degree in Culinary Arts. He continued to study Business Management and English and moved into the customer service industry, serving as a Team Lead for a disability advocacy group, later being introduced to sales while working as a procurement coordinator. Joe’s diverse background gives him the ability to understand the individual needs of each customer and their market, treating every order as a project with the customer. Joe lives in Plymouth, MA with his wife, son and American Eskimo.

Stacy will be working out of our Las Vegas, NV office and has over six years of experience in the promotional product industry. Stacey is recognized as having a rare combination of creativity, entrepreneurial moxie and strength in creative and innovative ideas. She comes to Payden and Company with a seasoned understanding of the promotions landscape, a wealth of corporate merchandising experience and a trusted network of production partners that will bring clarity and focus to her customer's brands and businesses.
Attached is our invitation to our annual industry trade show, where we are able to invite our clients to attend. It will be held on Tuesday, February 23rd from 11 am until 3pm at Gillette stadium.
There will be over 200 trade show booths representing hundreds of manufactures at the show. It’s a great opportunity for you to get ideas for your future marketing initiatives, as well as products for sales and employees incentives. Many of our vendors will have samples and catalogs for you to take.
